Where does Bruichladdich ship to?

How should I store my whisky once it arrives?
Whisky should be stored upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Unlike wine, keeping the bottle upright prevents the high alcohol content from degrading the cork.
Are your whiskies chill-filtered or colored?
No. All Bruichladdich whiskies are non-chill filtered and coloring-free. We believe in maintaining the natural oils and character of the spirit for the best possible flavor profile.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our distillery, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
