Return Process

  Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team with your order number and any relevant photos of the issue.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the items in their original Bruichladdich packaging, ensuring the bottles are secure and the seals remain unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

  Dispatch the Return

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our distillery team receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
